You are used to working independently at a high pace, and you always deliver the highest quality of service with great passion, order, and precision. You have excellent interpersonal skills, and you enjoy engaging with people. You are result-oriented, easy to work with and are a strong supervisor with great communication skills in Danish and English. You understand the intangible value of being a role-model, acting in a courteous, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
As a breakfast manager, you are responsible for daily operations, employee schedule and quality of service. It is expected that you are a part of the day-to-day operations and you report to the Restaurant Manager.
On top of the breakfast service, you will be responsible for two conference rooms. You must ensure that the conference rooms are always ready to receive guests, and that they maintain our five-star standards and quality.
We expect you to have 3 years of experience in similar roles, from a hotel or café. We appreciate candidates who strive in an international environment and speak several languages.

The position is a full-time position. You should expect to work occasionally on holidays and weekends. Salary according to qualifications.
